Price List for the Winter Season, September 1, 2026–May 30, 2027:

• Art groups: 1,250€/week (entire space, max. 10 people)
• Art groups: 1,000€/week (entire space, excluding the loom room; max. 8 people)
• Individual cultural sector professionals: 250€/week (1 bedroom & shared common area)
  + additional fee of 100€/week per family member or work partner
• You can also inquire about shorter residency periods.
