Please note!

There is a cat living in the house, so we cannot guarantee allergy-free accommodation. Your dogs are welcome, as long as they know how to behave with a cat that is used to dogs.

The house has the characteristic smell of an old house, but there is no mold here. Not all surfaces are finished, and the renovation continues gradually.

The apartment is not accessible, as there are many stairs.

IMPORTANT! Access to the staircase leading downstairs is from one bedroom. Access to the staircase from the other 2 bedrooms goes through the other bedrooms. Please see the floor plan.

There are mosquito nets on the bedroom windows, but in the summertime there might be flies inside.

A few practical points:

  • Please leave your outdoor shoes in the hallway.
  • Sort your trash, we have recycling bins for everything. Ask if you don't know how.
  • Take short showers if there are a lot of guests. This way everyone has enough hot water.
  • There is a (mixed) trash can in the toilet. Use it rather than throwing trash in the sewer.
  • Turn on the ventilation when cooking in the kitchen.
  • Smoking is prohibited indoors. You can smoke e-cigarettes.
  • Candles are prohibited indoors.
  • Dogs must be kept on a leash in the yard.
  • Do not use the dishwasher or washing machine without instructions.
  • Please note, that there is a cat living in the house that can wander around.
  • If you need a freezer, there is one in the utility room.
  • There is a wine cellar in the house if you need separate storage space for drinks.
  • Use grill trays when grilling.
  • Clean up after yourself. You can find a vacuum cleaner both downstairs and upstairs.
  • Plase contact us if you have any problems and we will solve them together.

We adhere to the principles of a safer space

We treat each other with respect and consideration.

We acknowledge each other's differences. We do not make assumptions based on people's gender, age, sexuality, ethnicity, native language, religion, disability, health status, or other background factors.

We use respectful and matter-of-fact language when talking about all groups of people and people.

We respect everyone's physical and psychological boundaries. Do not touch, stare, or otherwise physically harass another person without their consent. Do not inquire into private matters, pressure others with questions, or silence others. Saying no always means no.

We take into account people's differing opinions, beliefs, and perspectives, and give them space. We are willing to learn from others' experiences.

Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. Remember to take responsibility and apologize when the situation requires it.
